The first time you open an app from the company that you’ve installed manually, you’ll see a notification indicating that your device doesn’t trust the app’s developer. You can accept this message, but you won’t be able to open the app.

After accepting the message, you need to tell your device to trust this app. To do this, go to Settings > General > Profiles or Profile and Device Management. Here you’ll see a developer profile under the heading “Business Application."

Tap on the profile to trust that developer.

Then it will ask you to confirm your choice. You can keep trusting the developer until you use the Eliminate Application button to eliminate all the Pangea apps.

Now you can open the app with no problems.

NOTE: You need to be connected to the Internet to verify the app’s certificate when establishing “trust developer.”

If it’s your first time installing an app outside of Google Play, you’ll see a notification indicating that your device doesn’t trust the app developer.

To fix this, go to Settings.

Then go into Security and look for the option called “Unknown Sources” and activate it.

Then it will ask you to confirm your selection.

And then you can install the app without any issues.

La primera vez que abras una app de la empresa que hayas instalado manualmente, verás una notificación que indica que tu dispositivo no confía en el desarrollador de la app. Puedes aceptar este mensaje, pero no podrás abrir la app.

Después de aceptar el mensaje, deberás establecer la confianza para esta app.
Para hacer esto vaya a Ajustes > General > Perfiles o Gestión de perfiles y dispositivos. A continuación, podrás ver un perfil del desarrollador debajo de la cabecera "Aplicación empresarial".

Pulsa en el perfil para establecer la confianza en este desarrollador.

A continuación, se te pedirá que confirmes tu elección. Podrá conservar la confianza hasta que utilices el botón Eliminar aplicación para eliminar todas las apps de pangea.

Finalmente podrá abrir sin problema la app.

NOTA: Es necesario disponer de una conexión a Internet para verificar el certificado de la app cuando se establezca la confianza.

Para solucionarlo vaya a Ajustes:

Luego entre en Seguridad y busque la opción Orígenes desconocidos para activarla.

A continuación, se te pedirá que confirmes tu elección.

Y finalmente podrá instalar la app sin problemas.
